my overall experience was great the only thing that I did like was at the end with the appraiser with it being done in a timely manner feel that it could have been done better and working with Kris made it easy thank you so much.
We felt we were overly scrutinized. Plus, we were being asked to submit personal info just days before closing. Closing was pushed back three times!! Most info you requested could have been submitted way before closing.
We anticipated a complicated and involved process! But were pleasantly surprised throughout over how efficient and straight forward it was from start to finish.
