The customer service was awesome (both Joe and Greg); however, the process takes too long. Had we been borrowing a large amount, had bad credit or was a first time home buyer, I would have understood.

All the staff was very accommodating. My only complaint is that the appraisal took longer than it should have, but I know this is based on the type of loan I took out and the appraiser associated with that loan.
