The entire staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding our loan process. The manager, Amanda Dusenberry, was instrumental in helping us get our credit scores where they needed to be so that we would qualify for our home loan.
Them being out of state was a major inconvenience and the communication was lost somewhere in the process.
