underwriters should ask for more than one thing at a time
VUHL has been nothing but a pleasure to do business with.
I have one beef with VU and that a person who is pre-qualified should be pre-qualified all of the way. What I mean, tax info, discharge status, etc. This was an absolute pain for me and not my expectation of what it means to be "pre-qualified".
