Very attentive to our needs and very timely
Over 2 weeks after closing and we are getting charged for homeowner's insurance through our insurance company as well as having prepaid for a year to escrow at closing. Our insurance company says they never received a payment, so we are responsible.
It is always a pleasure working with the staff, they are so professional and explain everything to me so that I can understand. The whole process was great and was completed in a timely fashion. I will definitely recommend to any veteran I meet.
