The experience was great! Because I am in a different country it was a lil hard to get in contact with agents at times. I had to seed the same document over a couple time to different people. That would not have been a issue if I wasn't deployed.
Completing the loan documents long distance was challenging and frustrating at times. We received several packets of documents that were the same! The approval process was stressful and there seemed to be people behind the scene we were unaware of.
Very pleased with the loan process. Only real complaint was the repeated requests of duplicate copies of forms already submitted.
