As a first time home buyer I didn't know what to expect. But everything came together very smoothly with little or no problems. Everyone I worked with was very professional and helpful. Overall it was a great experience.

It was a lengthy process. I feel that some of the information requested was repetitive and unnecessary.
The people at VU were great to work with. They were always there when we had questions and very accommodating to our needs. They always kept us up to date as to what was going on with our loan. They made our first home buying experience go smooth.
All personnel involved were very helpful al the way. Did things and explained things very well while going through the process.

Overall an ok experience. It was evident at times that the people handling our case i.e Katy & Angie, really did care about our loan. Due to certain uncontrollable circumstances, the loan was juggled through several hands,causing a lack of continuity
