The entire process was trending to be an A+ rating until the last two days. I was super happy with the whole process until right before closing. The last two days before closing were an F so it boils down to a C average and a rating of 5.
Missed alot of things seemed un-organised at times. ordered appraisals late, missed closing dates.
Rob Meyer was outstanding, extremely helpful and professional. Made my loan process easy.
Veteran's United was amazing! We were very satisfied with the turn around time when it came to document verification/requests and being able to speak to the correct associates who guided us well.
Occasionally hard to reach someone, but followup was always within 48 hours.
Matt and his team were professional and did everything to make this process move along smooth.
