There were times when us being the customer where the last to know. I understand that this is normal when getting documents ready for closing . It would be great to let customers know if there not closing the day before and not the day of .

Had to sign and submit the same paperwork multiple times with no changes, made us feel as if there was an organization issue. We were repeatedly told we were good to close on time, only to have it delayed the day before for more paperwork.

As a first time home owner they made the process super easy! They also seem to look out for military members (as their name would suggest). There was a few hiccups but they did their best to accommodate the hiccups caused by the builders!
