We had problems with us having to send the same information more than once and I still don't understand what preappoval is I thought when you were approved in you didn't have to wait on approval againother than that I am satisfied

The loan was transferred to multiple people throughout the office and no one had a clear picture of the status of our loan. It took entirely too long to get a closing date and the closing date was delayed multiple times due to miscommunication.
