The experience was a complete nightmare, not all was the fraught of Veterans United but with the VA and the seller.

The whole process went smooth because our Loan officer and loan processor were very helpful and on top of their game. Every question we asked, was answered and they made sure we understood everything. They kept us up to date.

I feel the communication with the people I worked with at VUHL can be impoved. With that said, the professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond really helped the process along.
The staff was very inept at collecting the necessary documents which were all submitted at the same time as the application process. It seems they had no idea what was required for a loan at was to be titled in a trust. Surely that isn't that unusual
