I had 3 different cool loan officers. My biggest problem with the whole experience was the closing portion. I came to NY on my own expense to close in 8/7/15 to find out I couldn't close. Both parties attorney went on vacation. Closed 3 weeks later.
The only issue I ran into was just before closing and at the time my wife was out of the country so that ended up delaying the process. Consequently, I wound up paying for a lease for a whole month as a result.
Kayla was extremely helpful and on top of her game.
