The team was great but my appraisal was not completed by the time we were ready to close and caused a delay. I was informed by a 3rd party, the appraisal is usually completed within 10 days of contract. It took 30 days in my case without explanation
Because of Joe Mulia we absolutely recommend VU. If he doesn't already, he should be training others on Customer Service & the value of being equitably honest, dedicated and knowledgeable.

Be pro- active in communication with your loan Officer and submit what is required ASAP will speed up the process of getting your loan final approval for closing on time.
