Caitlyn was also wonderful. I had back surgery right when we started the process. She and (VU) sent flowers and we'll wishes. That personal touch was very good. You usually don't get that from big companies. She also was very responsive and helpful during the whole process. She answered all questions and if she didn't know the questions she found out for us.
The team was great and I know my situation wasn’t easy. I didn’t get everything I wanted but they somehow managed to get me more than I was prepared for after all the ups and downs, thru no fault of their own. Super happy with VU and would/will recommend them, no doubt about that!
