After I went through The Lighthouse program, which was very helpful, I was assigned to "the best and most experienced" loan officer, Don Neely. Don was very professional, walked me through this every step of the way, not just one time but EVERY time.

I can't rate it as a 10. At times it was very hard to get a hold of someone when we had questions about the process. At times we felt like we were stuck in the middle between the house developer and Veterans United.
