Like all processes there are hiccups along the way. The only negative experience we had was at closing, the Hud statement had been changed and the total amount due at closing required us to run across town at the last minute to get a cashiers check.
I was not made aware of an issue that affected our closing until the day before closing (even though they knew it would possibly be an issue over three weeks earlier) I had to scramble to get in touch with the proper parties to get it resolved.
Every thing from start to finish went very smoothly.
