Very thorough and helpful. The only thing that slowed this down/was a negative was the experience with the home appraisal but that is a separate entity.

Our specialist was amazing but the amount of documentation and last minute request for information was not necessary. This was my second loan and my first one was way easier and required half as much documentation.
Just asked for the same documents over and over, was a bit nerve racking during a stressful time
