All she was willing to do was forward properties to me and when it came to negotiations all she did was forward my emails I would strongly recommend you guys never use her again and she is giving you guys a bad name
VU was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to using them in the future.
Our real estate agent (Brian Littrell) went all out for our needs. With us living out of the area, he made good all the time we had in town. He worked with the inspectors and maintenance personal to ensure everything was ready to go. Even after closing, we still talk. Just a great experience for a first time home buyer.
Everyone on the team did their part to make my dream come true - owning my own home. I no longer have to rent less than desirable places and be subject to other people's rules. This will be my legacy to my daughter too. Thank you-Veterans United- for everything you did for me. God bless America!
My real estate agent was more than just that. He advocated for me with the unprofessional loan specialist that was assigned to me. I closed 10 days late with little communication and requests for multiple ''letters'' for the underwriter which he told me ''went on her honeymoon'' on my closing date and it was not done. He said ''instead of waiting for her to get back, I requested another underwriter.'' Am I supposed to say thank you?!?! I don't believe that was true and he kept telling me ''hopefully by tomorrow.. hopefully the next day.. I'm working around the clock on your file, hopefully by this day'' with no real deliverance. He had me writing letters stating how much I would make when I am done with college, 8 days POST CLOSING DATE! The communication was unbelievable, literally, I did not believe a word that came out of his mouth and it was apparent he was scrambling to find any words at all. I can't even begin to describe how upset I was with this process. Lance referred himself to my real estate agent that he was ''superman'' for his work. I am so glad that my mortgage was sold to Wells Fargo so I never have to deal with any of this again. I have been deployed and cannot think of a time where I've been more stressed than this! People should be compensated for the lack of professionalism that Lance Hainen delivers.
Bruce was an amazing real estate agent and went above and beyond his job. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family!
Veterans United Home Loan is a wonderful service for veterans
Not only was Angie Sanders a excellent loan officer but Catie Wilson her assistant was also so helpful and was always there for us when we needed something. These ladies make an excellent team and We were so blessed to be working with them to buy and refinance our home.
Each and every one that was involved was all great staff of your company. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. A job well done. Thank you as well for all the outstanding works you guys did to make this purchase possible. God bless.
Once again you folks have a wonderful company for veterans,I wish you were more well known you all did what my local banks didn't seem interested in doing. And Leanna Moss was just an awesome person to be associated with, she does you folks proud.
Excellent job by all. Keep the standards high.
If I say any more about how happy I am, you'd reject it as being *too* positive. :-)
One comment I do have is that towards the end of the process as things went to underwriting, my title company complained that documents they sent to Veterans United were misplaced or not accounted for which forced them re-send different items multiple times. We had a closing date of Nov 25, 2014 but were forced to move that back to Dec 1, 2014. I believe the mishaps with the documents contributed to not being able to close on time.
