The service was great and it was mostly a smooth process. I found it hard to get a hold of my loan officer at times but other than that things were great.

Joel and his manager were amazing. They made a bad situation (the sale of my home falling through) much more manageable. They sent my family and I some movies and gifts for nights when we did not have a TV and everything was packed up in boxes. Joel was always kind and easy to reach. He always took the time to listen and came up with great solutions. Using the compnay was an awesome choice!
