Communication was excellent, even between the different departments. I had a clean transition between Charlotte and my loan officer. All documentation was neat, tidy, and easy to work with. The staff was wonderful at answering questions.
The Veterans United loan team stood by me as my greatest resource during a rather upsetting, timely, and costly real estate purchase process that was unlike any other I have had. If it were not for VU, I seriously doubt my loan would have closed!

Very helpful every step of the way
Everything needs to be put up front and let the whole process run smoothly and there will be a little less stress. The day before we were told we had to provide a cashiers check of over $3000 and many people don't have this money seating around so I think this can be a little more organized. Apart from that we had a very good experience and would happily do it again.
