I would suggest in the future that when things start going awry (i.e. a red flag like outrageous tax figures, estimated payments increasing by $400 and/or closing costs by $4,000), that someone else with more experience and knowledge takes a look at what's going on before it gets to a disastrous situation like mine. I do not have any complaints about VUHL. In my opinion Dan Ohearn, my loan office, and his team did an outstanding job. Everyone was very courteous and professional at all times. Everything moved along very quickly and smooth. We actually closed 15 days sooner than the original close date. It was a very pleasant experience doing business with VUHL. Thank You, Larry McConnell
