I feel like I signed the same papers several times over, then had to spend time re-scanning them and sending them. I would think that once is enough.
not having to send the same copys of paper work several times,an make sure everything is a good to go before telling the the buyer that it is, then not being good an havin to take a different route to make it happen cause the process was started the first part of november an didnt close till march 28th.
