It would help if ALL the documents were presented at time of closing. Also, the individual involved with the actual closing be familiar with all the required forms and, if corrections are to be made, how to do them properly. I was disappointed that I had to close two (2) times and then sign a missing document a 3rd time.
It was okay. It seemed like they needed to know everything about us which I guess they do but it drove us a little crazy and inconvenient trying to do everything long distant. But ended up being okay in the end. Happy with our house and love it. Still don't know who our lender is or their address. Guess they will get ahold of us when they want a payment.
