One thing that was a bit hard to deal with was a new employee assigned to us who was working for our loan officer and for the underwriter, this employee was in training so it caused double work a lot. Overall though this new employee kept her cool and did real good for somebody in training. I think for some people this might turn them off though. Overall it was a good expierience. Thanks!!
