The whole experience was fairly easy to do. Closing was on time which was appreciated. The only negative was not having a good faith estimate that was remotely close to what I was supposed to bring to closing. It was $3800 off what was projected.

Great overall. Biggest detractor was the underwriting process. Underwriting seemed to require additional documentation at various stages of the approval process which highlighted inconsistency in the process. Should be consistent at all levels.
