I found that their process is still in transition ans so several times we received duplicate forms to fill out and return. It seemed like multiple people were handling I case and they were not well coordinated, looking at the same status for our account. Our loan officer was very efficient and even offered to close a week earlier for our convenience. I had a very good experience with VUHL.
