To have knowledge on the state the closing is happening about who needs to be present at signing. Closing was delayed because I didn't know my wife still had to sign papers even though she wasn't on the mortgage and she was in another state.

Loan officer couldnt keep track of paper work or keep anything on time. he alos failed to orrder my appraisel when i was charged for it. he ordered it a week late. he also was not ontop of the fact it was not completed on time.
