While we enjoyed working with Ryan Kluttz, there were some things that happened toward the end of the process that was very unsettling. It seems like the right hand doesn't' know what the left hand is doing. I understand there is a department and a process for everything, but we were given new information days before our closing and the Appraisal process almost caused me to have a heart attack. Overall, Veterans United Home Loans is a good company and our loan officer was good, I do believe that there can be some changes made to ensure veterans and their families receive top notch service through the duration of the process.
