Give a little more notice if money needs I be brought to closing. I was told that I wouldn't have to bring anything to closing. This changed the morning of. Hitch led me to having I find an extra 300 that I was not expecting. Besides that, outstanding service.
I had to resend information many times. I was SURPRISED by the amount of information WAS NOT informed of at prequalification that I had to provide at VERY SHORT notice during the loan application.I did not believe the loan officer (team) read the closing documents sent by the realtor. Therefore, essential DATES were missed: deadline for loan commitment and, worst of all, CLOSING DATE!!I DID work with Customer Advocate, which I thought was helpful at KEY times during the process and believe facilitated the process to make it proceed. I may have bailed out without this intervention.He only intervened, however when I called him and despite his services, closing date was delayed, I had to reschedule my move, and was very disappointed.
