Try really hard to do a way with the stress !!!!! We had 3 people plus under righters to deal with. It was like having a carrot in front of you just when think you had it was pulled away. And someone saying not yet!!!! WE where first time home owners and don't you could of made any harder.
The only issue I ran into was the house is not in a flood plain and I was required to sign something saying it was. I will be filing paperwork proving it is not in a flood plain. The other issue was the lack of coordination on the company coming to view and appraise my house. I was given a two week window that they might do the inspection and would have liked a more definitive answer.
