I believe being a little more personable with the customer. Our home buying experience was good, and it had its ups and downs but overall Andrew Beckett handled it well. I had some problems with his assistant, but Andrew did step in and handle the situation very well and professional. I would have liked a little more communication instead of last minute, but in the end Veterans united came through.
