Dont give a tenative closing date. Stop waiting forever to ask for required documentation.The process is drawn out and stressfull emotionally for the buyers as well as their family. Be more expediant.
Have better communication between the loan officer and the buyer. We felt that we had to nag to get information and when things changed we felt like our concerns were dismissed.
