Not treat them as if they are just some smuck without an job tryin to get a loan. Also not jerk people around during the approval process when they are about to close on a house, by waiting till the day before or on the day of closing to ask for more information required to close the loan. Basically meaning in my opinion, the people assigned to my loan process don't know their job well enough to be dealing with people's loans. From this experience, I won't be goin thru veterans united ever again for a loan or refinancing and won't recommend anyone use veterans united for a lender.
