I know that there is a packet that is put out an dgiven to customers and potential customers. However, I think there needs to be a list in Bold letters for items that "Maybe" needed.
The service is great, incomparable really. I only wish that when I was informed of a "Locked rate", that I would truly be getting that instead of the last minute change to a higher rate. Thats not very good business. I will be informing others about that and to watch and plan around it just incase it happens to them as well. Aside from that though, I will indeed be recommending VUHL to others.
