Move the title stuff to the front of the line for people who have filed bankruptcy so that surprises can be caught and fixed earlier! Also try and get the EXACT or a bit better on all the closing costs Scott did get us within 400 bucks but that amount of money is allot to some!
It might be beneficial if a veteran can be pre-qualified rather than pre-approved before they start looking for a home. I think it would allow them to get into their new home faster and would make the loan process seem a lot easier.
