Excellent job done Neal Roeder and Roxanne Helmka. I think when the packet goes to underwrighting it takes a while and it's sent several times and they seem to be quite picky and I know it because you are trying to make sure nothing gets missed. Overall excellent job.
The process is very invasive, demanding, time consuming and difficult. I essentially had to prove that I really do not need the loan. I think that financial institutions are now making the borrowers pay the consequences for the financial institutions poor business practices prior to the housing bust and are now over compensating. It appears to me that financial institutions really don't know what criteria should be used to minimize the risk of lending money and are therefore making the process convoluted and unnecessarily difficult
