In the beginning we had some difficulty getting a return call to have loan officer assigned to us. Once they did everything went very smoothly. Our loan officer Doug Brady was very helpful and stayed in constant contact with me whether it was by phone or email. He was wonderful.

Just better contact and information going through the process. Half the time I was kinda lost in the deal cause I didn't know what was going. Also you guys sent me a congratulations cupcake thing and in it said you also received a 250$ gift card. I never got one. It not detrimental. Just if you say or send something that says that. You should deliver. But all in all. It wasn't a bad experience. A little lengthy (due to unseen issues on neither our ends) I'm sure it's was my poor luck. Lol.
