The loan officer, Greg Early, was fantastic to work with & we appreciate all that he did for us, walking us through the loan process every step of the way. The loan process itself, however, was brutal. It seemed like almost everyday there was a new request for more information or explanation needed. The loan process needlessly held up closing, pushing it out over a month which caused us additional financial hardships and stress. Many of these requests came a few days before closing when most of them could have been taken care of weeks before. Since we were not able to get into the home, we were living out of boxes with most of our belongings locked in a storage container and not available to us causing even more problems. Past that, we are very happy to finally be in our new home & grateful to the VU for getting us here! Thank you.
