This office worked with us very well but I think they should have done all the running around to get thepaper work they needed. I figured that is why we signed all the paper work so they could get thepaper work they needed. since we both are handicap we could not do to much running around.
Purchasing a home naturally becomes very personal. Therefore, the sensitivity of such a purchase is very high and thus becomes very stressful...this may be due to the regulation changes that have occurred since the home market crash. I for one was not aware of how lengthy or difficult it has become to purchase a home. I believe this should be discussed with new home buyers, not to deter them but to help them get in the mindset to be prepared for this lengthy process. I for one was not prepared and the result was the stress my family and I had to deal with.
If someone has already sent you the information, and you request it again, please explain why. I know that I sent several different documents multiple times with no explanation. Also if you have all of the information to make the determination on why something is the way it is, don't ask for a letter why.
