Nothing. This was the best experience I have had with a loan officer. I used to hire and train Loan Officers and wish I could find someone as good as Derek Russell.

To be honest the only thing I was somewhat disappointed with was that I had to include the VA service fee in my loan in leu of PMI. The great thing was that I didn't have to put any money out of pocket. Other than that I think VUHL is a great service!
Couldve offered the Refi offer sooner probably, worked great though.
Doing a great job! If all of your loan officers perform as well as Dawn Plank, VUHL will always get high ratings. She is wonderful!
Maybe a little better document control. I have to send a few documents more than once.

I think VUHL is a great company! I can not think of anything that could improve your services. Holly King was so helpful and nice. I will never forget my great experience with VUHL.

Our loan officer really needs to learn not to lie to people who are applying for loans. He told us that we could roll the closing costs into the mortgage and he also told our real estate agent the same. He had a copy of my disability letter that shows that I have PTSD. He should really realize that people with PTSD have issues with trust. He also said we could get the appraisal cost and inspection cost back in the form of a check.
I can't think of anything to improve on. I just hate that it took so long but that was partly my fault because of my occupation and time away from home. Overall, my experience was good.

I could not think of a thing to change, it was fast, easy and very personable. I cannot recommend VU highly enough.

I'm sure they do and have for many others but I would like to see VA reps educate commands and units on just what they offer for active service members...
Pick better title companies
The biggest thing I would have to say is communicaton. Keep up the communication, which was done in my experience.
