I really cant think of anything that could be done different. Neil Roeder is very professional and has a warm and welcoming personality. I wish him and his staff many blessing and I hope they will be around for a long time so they can assist many other families and veterans.

Towards the end of the year the responses to our inquiries starting becoming less and less frequent. It seemed as if we were no longer a concern. However, this is when our primary loan officer actually asked us to work with her alternate. I imagine it was a very busy time of the year at that point. After the new year came our loan officer began to respond in a more timely manner and that worked to dampen any hard feelings on our side. All in all, we think our loan officer was wonderful and would recommend her to anyone. I think the issue was not her fault but maybe a staffing issue? Anyway, we thank you for all your hard work and effort in securing us a better loan in the long run.

make the loan process less confusing with too much info needed for the loan.
inform clients early on in the process that they will possably get offers from realtors, finance orgionations, etc.
Will never seek another loan with this company, I regret not conducting more research on your company prior to loan, many of the complaints are things I went through. Only difference I suffered from a combination of them all.
Better communication between Customer, Loan Officer and Underwriter. The process works extremely inefficiently.
I realize there are a lot of documents that need to be gathered, but it would make life easier on the customer if a better job was done on compiling the initial list of required info. I believe there were 4-5 separate requests. This makes it more difficult for the customer. The underwriters have a tough job, but they need to understand that they too work for the customer (not just the Loan Officers & customer service reps).
No need to improve, just continue to provide the excellent service that you gave to me.
everything was great
I felt out of the loop and misinformed at times through out the process. Should have been better communication with me about some of the details of the loan and exact dollars amounts during the closing process would have beneficial to me.
