They did great
Everything was very easy and the process went very smooth.
do not change a thing.
First of all...if you are going to advertise closing in 30 days...you may want to keep it closer to two months than SIX! I am not sure who dropped the ball...but obviously the blame will be placed on "veterans united". There is absolutely no reason why someone should have to wait 6 MONTHS to close on a regular mortgage, not mentioning that ours was a REFI! I cannot recall how many times I was asked to send updated paystubs. Oh that's right...iI just recalled...about every 30 days. And now it makes more sense thinking about it...it had taken so long, the lender wanted to ensure we were still employed. Although, Brian seemed like a nice guy...there is absolutely no way my conscience would allow me to recommend "veterans united" to my enemy...let alone a friend. Hell, I could have died in SIX MONTHS.
very professional
Just keep doing what you're doing! Ifeel like the process was excellent. Chris Rohor and his teamwere so nice and professional. When i called with a question someone was always there with ananswer. I was kept well informed through-out the process. They make you fell like you are partof the team. All of us working together for one common goal, getting me in a home. Chris and histeam were outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend VUHM to my freinds or anyone else who isinterested in buying a home.
Can you reduce a person's anxiety while waiting? Lol.
Good as is
Great Services
I felt out of the loop a lot. I wish I was informed more what was going on .
Have all their demands clear and concise for what is needed in preparing for the loan. We know that things have changed since our last home purchase, but because of demands that had NOTHING to do with the funds needed for closing, it postponed our closing date from the 16th to the 27th!
Wow, hard question...no negative experiences.

No recommendations, If the process gets handled the way Jeff done it you can assure there are no improvements needed.
Overall, I was satisfied with my experience in purchasing my first home. My only real complaint is that it seemed like Tony and Emily did not communicate with each other very well. They would both ask me for the same things that I had already sent to the other. Or one would say that an item was acceptable and the other said it was not. My suggestion would be to always CC each other on ALL correspondence between the buyer and Realtors.
Better communication would have been nice. But it all worked out in the end.
I can not think of any thing different that would be or could be done to make the entire process go any better. I am pleased with the complete process. Thank you.Bruce Seabolt
There's nothing I can offer in the way of improvements; Lee and Morgan far exceeded anyone's right to expectations in each and every aspect of our interaction. Seldom have I ever encountered such professionalism delivered in such a pleasant fashion as Lee and Morgan bestowed on us. There was never a contentious instant, the process was straight as an arrow from start to finish, and even the great blizzards of '13 were no match for the guys on my team. Thanks Lee!! Thanks Morgan!!
