I am not sure how you could get better. This is the fourth home I have purchased and it is by far the smoothest. I got the loan I wanted in the time frame I needed at an equitable price. Thank you.
I am sure that there is room for improvement - but I can not think of anyway to suggest the way. My loan officer Ryan was very professional and was always helpful to me in this mortgage process at VUHL.
Everything was great. I have no suggestions for improving the process.
My process was very smooth for the most part. There were some discrepancies toward the end during the closing process that held some things up, but not much else can be done better besides a bit more communication between lender/attorney/realtor.
if it wasn't for Ryan cannon you all would have lost my loan due to the underwriter requesting info that was irrelevant.

Mike Pitts did a great job. I can only request that they have a representitive on each military installation so a prospective buyer can sit down and discuss any issues he may have with the contract process.

Very fine job
Everything truly needs improved. The whole process took a toll emotionally on my entire family. From one day to the next things required changed and we were told to spend money and do things in order to close the loan and then after we did, we were told that they were not needed. Never again will my husband and I choose this company or go through a VA process all together!!
Nothing! It was the easiest, most enjoyable purchase I have ever made! Everyone was always there to answer any questions I had regardless if how many I had! Great job!
