The only issue I had was with submitting additional paperwork via email. When I would send an email, I did not receive an email back with acknowledgement that the paperwork was received. I understand that loan officers are busy, but something as short as 'I got it and everything looks good' would suffice. Like I said, nothing at all major, a little reassurance that paperwork did not go to the incorrect person. Thank-you.

Try to keep customers more informed of what is going on with their loan through out the entire process.
Have the underwriter go through the whole loan packet to find all the discrepancies in the packet, that way the loan officer and the individual getting the loan don't have to play the back and forth game.
During this process I was told several times we were good on paperwork just to get asked for more paperwork the next day, the process is a little stressing and the money that will be spent by the buyer is not considered, money is talked about like it is abundant. Other than that I was happy with the professionalism of my loan officer.
