My experience started out a bit rocky, but in the end it all worked out.Billy Watkins and his assistant Melissa were hard to work with.

To improve good customer service Meet the closing date. When documentation is needed from a third party, and you don't have it, call to ask for assistance. Do not wait until 319pm the night before closing to call the third party(equifax) to ask for the information. It is poor customer service to then call the customer and tell him to do a task that had been completed 11 days prior and who is now out of the loop. This paperwork goes directly from Equifax to the lender. Better communication would be great, to a Vet, yes is yes, no is no, and unlikely is ambiguous. Buying a house is stressful more so to combat vets with PTSD. You would find us very understanding. But, when there is no communication, and I have taken time off, and set up move in dates, a fella can get a bit antsy to say the least when he does not have concrete answers to questions. My experience with my realtor was the saving grace. Charles DePaolo was absolutely fantastic and deserves repeat customers. Other than this, I am very happy with my rate, loan, and new home. I wish the best for all of you and the team who worked with me to make it happen. Sincerely, James M Benes
Keep doing what your doing now but always strive to do better. I can't personally think of anything now but there is always room for improvement !
