Veterans United, particularly Taylor, Madison, and Laura made me priority number one! They were extremely professional, accessible, knowledgeable, and made me feel like I was part of their family! I am a disabled veteran and the care they took to make my dream home become a reality was the absolute best experience I’ve had!!! I am so grateful!!!!
We bought our home from overseas which can make anyone feel uneasy. The team we worked with at Veterans United far exceeded our expectations. They answered all our questions and explained ever step and number along the way. They helped ease a lot of stress that comes with the buying process. It was a great buying experience!
Was told the day of I wasn’t closing. Constant miscommunication on closing. Last minute “to do” that through off the closing. Several times I’ve called and no one answered, then called for the manager and found out the person was there. Amazing at the beginning, but fell off completely once we got closer to closing. We were expected to have things done, as we did in a timely/quick manner, but constantly felt like we were expected to take days off to accommodate the loan to do list. Great rates though.

My Veterans United team was great! My experience with Veterans United was awesome. Being a disabled veteran with ptsd can be challenging at times because of how frustrating things are for myself and other Veterans. Dane and his crew were very understanding and were there whenever I needed to talk about my loan process. We closed in under 30 days which was awesome. If your looking to purchase a home then Veterans united is the place to go to.
