At the moment I don't see any area that needs improvement. The process was thorough, precise, and accurate.
just make sure you do not fall victim to the Wall Street and Congressional Lobbyists and Financial Market Thugs circa 2007....and become a part of the recruiting poster for all of the branches of the United States Armed Forces.
Much of the scrutinizing done by the underwriter seems nit-picky and useless. Having to write letters of explanation for every minor account fluctuation seemed too much.

The loan process took a long time and I understand that we had a few situations that made things take longer but it was 4 months to close on our home and the frustration was high. The communication was good towards the end because I became upset due to not know what was happening and no communication for long periods of time. But I think if I would have been notified of how things were going then it would have helped. I have no proof but really feel as though our file would sit for long periods of time with nothing happening. I paid interest on construction notes that I believe I should not have had to pay on for as long as I did because the loan process was so long.
My only suggestion would be that a little more research into the local area tax prices be conducted in order to provide a better more accurate good faith estimate.
Better accuracy in estimates of closing cost.

Pay for an all expense trip for Ryan and his family to visit Montana, so i can take him fishing. That way I can introduce him around to my friends.
Our mortgage specialist was excellent; knowledgeable and responsive. The underwriting process itself was tedious, but to be expected. Overall felt all was being done to make the process go smoothly. Great organization!

Please don't saddle a veteran with a Wells Fargo mortgage. I learned through verbal disputes that their corporate stance on veterans is to make them stay in their IRRL for 12 months so the veterans can't make any money off of renting. Why should they? The interest rates they get are already so much lower than what anyone else can get. That is a near quote. At any rate. Wells Fargo is not looking out for the interest of our nation's veterans - flat out!

Not sure I can really suggest any improvements sice our initial loan process and then our refi were pretty much flawless.
We don't knnow how you can improve on perfection. The loan officer was very courteous, professioal and went out of her way to make the process go smoothly and expediently. We want to thank her for our experience working with your company. It was a real pleasure.
