My 2 LO was very helpful and full of information. Towards the end the process was very frustrating for us, but it was nothing that my LO couldn't handle. They done a awesome job and was always a phone call or email away.
I read the reviews online before contacting veterans United and I have to my expectations were met and exceeded. I had made some initial calls to Quicken and a one other place and the tone right from the start of those interactions was not too friendly. However, when I contacted Scott at Veterans United, I could tell he was really supportive of veterans. Veterans United will be my only source going forward for future mortgage needs.
Eric and Steph helped us every step of the way throughout the home buying process. Being our first house, they helped us navigate through the paperwork and packets of information. They were always readily available via phone or email to answer all of our questions. When it came time to close, we ran into an issue with the underwriters. Eric and Steph worked tirelessly to ensure that our closing was only delayed by one day. They went above and beyond, and we are very appreciative for all their help.
Thank you very much. Already suggested VU to several friends. I actually regret not doing this sooner. Always heard horror stories from home buying. I experienced none of that. Justin Napier was great. Friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Really made this easy for me. I'm still shocked that I own a house and it went so smoothly. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I was extremely nervous and afraid about purchasing a home in the beginning because of all the horror stories you hear from people complaining about their lender or real estate agent, etc. I would be proud to refer anyone who is looking to purchase a home to your company and Dave Munns.
Horrible would not use again and would not recommend. Wish I had gone with a local bank. This was extermly stressful thanks to the issues that i think were compltely avaoidable had my loan officer Kody Gilbow been doing his job.
I personal would not recommend Veterans United to anyone I know and I have made a point to tell anyone I know that is looking at buying a house to not use Veterans United. because of the lack of customer service, poor communication between their teams, False communication (telling a costumer you have their best interest in mind then deliberately ignoring an opportunity to save your costumer money because requires work on your part and then the costumer has to pay almost a grand for you mistake and false communication. I have also spoke with the title company which had the same issue as I did they got to the point where they just called me because they would not get answer back from Veterans United. So in short I really have nothing pleasant to say about Veterans United to me the term Costumer service is "The provision of service to customers before, during and after a purchase. According to Turban et al. (2002), "Customer service is a series of activities designed to enhance the level of customer satisfaction – that is, the feeling that a product or service has met the customer expectation." (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Customer_service) As I could on I have no need to at this point.
Ted Richardson and Caleb Bales should receive an award for their spectacular customer service! I would not consider myself to be an easy customer as I was annoying and sometimes abrasive, contacting them at crazy hours with millions of questions. Consistently, the ever-so-patient Ted and Caleb always gave me peace of mind and assured me that everything was going to be okay. I could not have asked for a better team to help me with the biggest purchase of my life! As happy as I am that the process is over and we are officially home-owners, I will sure miss working with these two!
