I am so excited to see the joy on my wife's face to see that we're homeowners again. I personally had struggles with readjusting to civilian life but I feel blessed to get a fresh start from Veterans United 🙏..My family is so happy to see my wife and I closing on such a wonderful place to stay. There isn't enough space in this review section to give enough praise for the entire team that I worked with during this process. Derick Vollrath especially was helpful during the closing process. I felt like Derick was fighting for my family every step of the way. The whole team made my wife and I feel at ease about the process, especially during underwriting where things can get a bit stressful. I don’t know everyone’s official titles but I will tell you I had the best experience with Erica west. She was patient with me and kept me informed at all times. Some of the paper work was frustrating but she helped me through it.
