Compared to the lack of support and communication we received from Navy Federal when we bought our last home, this experience with Alex and the team was the compete opposite. We always had a clear line of communication with Alex and the concierge team, they did an amazing job working with our realtors to ensure we were always good to go, and they always made us feel welcome and always a part of the process and never made us feel like we were in the dark in any way!

Whole house buying process gone smooth and well experience agent and loan officer .they 10 out of 10 but as whole company wise it 9 out of 10 from my side. I have to be honest , during pick time of high interest rate i was not able to buy point to make interest rate down just one percentage , it’s too expensive to buy point then compare to other mortgage company .
Really nothing to add even when things came up out of the blue everyone did what they could to get it taken care of as quickly and convenient as possible made the stress of buying a home much easier than I had originally thought it would be. Thank you
