Very open and helpful team. They were great at keeping me up to date during the entire process. Which was difficult because I work in the Gulf of Mexico. I would recommend them to anyone!
We started out with a locked-in rate 6.99% with no points on a standard loan. Due to no fault of my own or the Loan Officers the property was shifted to an investment property loan and I lost that rate and had to pay thousands of dollars in points. Josh worked to get that cost down and I appreciate that but I still got stuck paying extra.
Veterans United is awesome! They were in close contact with us every step of the way. No question was stupid, even if I asked it 20 times, lol. I would recommend them hands down over anyone.

Even though the process felt like it took a long time, it was just an average time for a real estate purchase. It was very stressful but I think, no I know it would have been more stressful if I would not have had the United veterans team, helping us step-by-step in the whole process figure out everything that we needed to get turned in that we needed to get done everything I would highly recommend to anybody who asked me to use Veterans United.

Not much to say other than this team is by far more than a numerical 10. I hope when and if I decide to either refy or upgrade to a bigger home that this team or a team that was well trained from them is available at that time. As for any referrals if i have any to forward to Veterans United I will be sure to recommend not only MY team but any team from VU. I've worked in customer service more than 20yrs and this is the essence of what that is!!!
